Just a brief note on two, maybe three, items:
1. If you haven’t signed up for the newsletter, your time is a-wastin’. It comes out tonight. Why should you subscribe? Because it gives you reviews on Christian fiction (not my own). It keeps you abreast of my projects, like Chosen, the upcoming exciting story of Jonathan (my own). And you get a free e-book out of it (yes, the aforementioned Chosen). So do it. Right now. It’s on the top and the side of my blog (under Get The Newsletter. Pretty obvious.).
2. Speaking of Chosen, it is progressing nicely. I will be signing a contract with the illustrator next week, I will be working with the designer this afternoon, and I am rapidly nearing the conclusion of the rough draft. Then why am I here talking to you? Because I want you to be as excited about it as I am. It is schedule to come out in early December. Keep your fingers crossed, and look for it.
3. My other favorite book, The Champion, is getting great reviews. I don’t think one of them has been lower than four stars, and most are in the five-star range. That’s good. That’s very good. The problem is that most of you still don’t know what you’re missing. So to help remedy that, I am giving away 10 (count ’em, ten) autographed paper copies of The Champion on Goodreads. You will want to be in on this event. Or if you are more into the e-book version, you can find it on Amazon, or pretty much any online retailer.
That’s what’s happening in my neck of the woods. Have a great Halloween and I will see you in November.

Hang in there!
If I chose one of your books to read on Kindle/Nook and review on my blog, which one would you prefer?
Always glad to see stuff from a fellow (ha, you are much more accomplished) Christian fiction author.
If you are doing NaNo this year, I am racing along under the moniker Brucifer Maximus.
I would recommend you start with The Champion. Send me your email address and I will get you a free copy. Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks.
